This gelato base is one of the great classics Elenka. It is still summarizing the company's artisan philosophy. Its secret is a complete and perfectly balanced structure that makes it possible to obtain a very good creaminess gelato with the only addition of water and sugar.
Product to be used in ice-cream making in the preparation of cremagelato base with "hot" processing. The top of Elenka production, is not equal for the quality/price ratio and the practicality of use.
