Black Hawaii Vegan Rubicone is a soft serve base for artisan gelato: a complete powder mix for vegan soft serve with cocoa and coconut water flavour, coloured intense black by vegetable charcoal, made with water only.
Cocoa and coconut water with raw cocoa nibs, in the black colour of vegetable charcoal: the Black Hawaii flavour in a vegan soft serve version.
Ideal for: soft-serve cones and cups, with toppings and crumbles.
Features: complete product, for soft-serve machines, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: mix with water and pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 1.45 kg with 3 L of water.
