Blue Bubble Gum Rubicone is a soft serve base for artisan gelato: a complete powder mix for professional soft serve with a bubble gum flavour and a light blue colour, made with water only.
The light blue colour and unmistakable bubble gum taste make it a soft serve designed for children, to decorate with coloured sprinkles.
Ideal for: soft-serve cones and cups, with toppings and crumbles.
Features: complete product, for soft-serve machines, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water and pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 1.5 kg with 3.5 L of water.
