Product to be used in the processing of ice cream and lemon slush.
Dosage in ice cream: Water Lt. 1, Lemon Conca d'oro gr. 50, Sugar Gr. 350. In sluices: Water Lt. 1, Lemon Conca d'oro gr. 50, Sugar Gr. 150. Before whipping the mixture, it is advisable to wait approximately 30 minutes. For the slush, after mixing the ingredients, the use is immediate.
