DOSAGE FOR GRANITA: 1 bag FRUTTUP + 4 Kg. of water
DOSAGE FOR SMOOTHIE: 50 gr. FRUTTUP + 125 gr. low-fat Yogurt + 200 gr. of fresh fruit or vegetables
DOSAGE FOR YOGURT SHAKE: 50 gr. FRUTTUP + 200 gr. low-fat Yogurt + 1 one scoop of fiordilatte gelato.
