The spreadable cream made with Galak® pistachio is a fat-based cream (called "anhydrous"), primarily used for "ready to use" applications, including fillings for breakfast products such as croissants, donuts, crepes, tarts, muffins, filling for chocolate pralines, filled chocolate bars, macarons, cookies, pairings with beverages such as milkshakes and coffee, decoration for ice creams and other desserts.

Other uses, mainly for more experienced customers capable of "transforming" the product, include cake coverings and pastry products, making cream-filled chocolates or soft nougats with added chocolate, festive products, flavoring with spices or inclusions, or flavoring pastes.
