Powder mix for the preparation of soft and golden pancakes and crunchy waffles on the outside and soft inside. Natural black colour and Detox effect thanks to vegetal charcoal. Unique taste with coconut water and raw cocoa beans as per all Black Hawaii Products.

DOSAGE: 1 kg of powder mix + 800 g of water + 200 g of butter.

PREPARATION: mix 1 kg of powder mix with 800 g of water. Mix and add 200 g of melted butter. Stir again.

• WAFFLE: cook the mix you prepared at 200-230 °C for 3-5 minutes, suggested portion 180- 200 g.
• PANCAKE: cook the mix you prepared at 200 °C, 3 minutes per side, suggested portion 80-100 g. the method may differ depending on the hob used.
