DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Product to be used in pastry to produce "cold" and instantly the custard. Ready cream differs for the presence among the main ingredients of milk and egg yolk, which give the prepared an intense taste of egg cream.
Excellent for the preparation of Chantilly cream, because it perfectly incorporates the cream. Simple and quick preparation in the recommended doses of use: water 1 Lt., Ready Cream gr. 400, or milk 1 Lt., Ready Cream gr. 350. The result is an excellent custard identical to the product prepared with the traditional system.
