Mint Ready & Soft Rubicone is a gelato & soft serve base: complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a mint taste, made with water only.
Mint gives a fresh green gelato, finished with chocolate flakes: made with water only for the tray or soft serve machine.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.5 kg with 3 L of water; soft serve 1.5 kg with 3.5 L of water.
