DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
This Classic Stracciatella Coating for Gelato - Leagel in a squeeze bottle is also designed for bars and small batches: dark chocolate to melt and pour for stracciatella and sundae decorations.
It warms up and pours easily: it makes stracciatella with fior di latte and decorates sundaes and affogato with a crunchy layer of chocolate.
Ideal for: stracciatella, gelato sundaes and affogatos.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
Dosage: to taste, drizzled onto the gelato.
