DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Loveria Classic Leagel is a cremino gelato variegate: gianduja-flavoured spreadable cream for artisan gelato, smooth and intensely flavoured. It stays velvety even at sub-zero temperatures and is the ideal base for cremino gelato: soft gelato, a layer of Loveria and a decoration.
It can be layered with gelato and portioned without hardening: the gianduia taste pairs with fior di latte, hazelnut and coffee and also works for glazing gelato cakes.
Ideal for: cremino gelato, variegating, filling cones and crêpes, glazing cakes, coffee, cappuccino and iced lattes.
Features: spreadable at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
