Buonissimo White Gelato Variegate Leagel is a gelato sauce for artisan gelato with white chocolate cream with mini chocolate wafers at 7% that stay crunchy.
It is the white chocolate version of Buonissimo!: the pale cream with crunchy mini wafers contrasts with pistachio and hazelnut and gives fior di latte an indulgent flavour.
Ideal for: rippling base flavours, decorating trays, filled cones and semifreddi.
Recommended pairings: hazelnut, pistachio and fior di latte.
Features: soft at sub-zero temperatures, stable in the display.
Directions: spread in ripples over freshly churned gelato or use to decorate, fill cones and semifreddi.
