Wafer Gelato Variegate Rubicone is a gelato variegate for artisan gelato, a dark chocolate and hazelnut sauce with wafer chunks.
Crunchy wafer in the chocolate and hazelnut cream creates an indulgent contrast: Rubicone pairs it with its dedicated paste in Kit Nut, and it is great on fior di latte.
Ideal for: variegating display trays, filling sundaes and semifreddi and finishing frozen yogurt, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: spread in ripples over freshly churned gelato or use to decorate sundaes and semifreddi.
