Chinotto, a renowned citrus fruit with very important beneficial properties, acquires new life thanks to this product made by Nutman with multiple uses both in ice cream and in pastry.
With a sweet and bitter taste, it facilitates digestion and refreshes the palate. It can be both as a sorbet and as a milk-based ice cream.
The chinotto della riviera can also be applied as a ripple cream or used to flavor and stratify semifreddos and mousses.
Dosage as ice cream paste: 150/200 of product for each Kg. of mixture.
