DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Tiramisu is made with Sicily's famous Marsala wine, coffee and egg custard. Whole eggs, coffee extracts and an addition of Marsala wine to give all the taste of the traditional dessert.
Gelato recipe: 100gr Tiramisù, 1000gr White base mix (can add 150gr of Milk)
astry recipe: Tiramisù Cake: 90gr Tiramisù, 1000gr heavy cream, 250gr Milk, 150gr Pronto Crema Elenka, 100gr powdered sugar (Mount all in Planetary mixer).
