Kefir Purple Bomb Ready Base Leagel turns kefir, the traditional probiotic-rich fermented milk, into a gelato flavour: a ready kefir base with blueberry, red grape, beetroot and black carrot, fresh and original.

Blueberry, red grape and beetroot give the kefir gelato an intense purple colour and a fruity, tangy taste; it is made with milk.

Ideal for: colourful flavours, healthy displays and smoothie bowls.

Features: kefir powder at 5%, fruit and vegetables, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk and churn.

Dosage: 400 g of product per 1 L of milk.

Processing: cold.
