Kefir Multivita Ready Base Leagel turns kefir, the traditional probiotic-rich fermented milk, into a gelato flavour: a ready kefir base with orange, pineapple and mango, fresh and original.

It gives a fresh, slightly tangy gelato and is made with milk in minutes.

Ideal for: fresh cups, frozen yogurt and summer displays.

Features: kefir powder at 5%, fruit juice and pulp, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk and churn.

Dosage: 400 g of product per 1 L of milk.

Processing: cold.
