Besides sticks, Choco Kataifi Coating - Dubai Chocolate is used to coat pralines and bonbons and as stracciatella on trays and sundaes.
Ideal for: artisan gelato sticks, pralines, stracciatella in trays and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: warm to 40 °C before use.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping or drizzled over gelato.
