Pistachio Kataifi Gelato Stick Coating - Dubai Chocolate Rubicone is a coating for artisan gelato on a stick with a pistachio taste.
Inspired by Dubai Chocolate, it combines pistachio and crunchy kataifi: it gives sticks an original, on-trend shell.
Ideal for: artisan gelato sticks, pralines, stracciatella in trays and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: sets on contact with gelato, crunchy effect, Kosher certified.
Directions: warm to 40 °C, dip the well-frozen stick or drizzle over gelato.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping or drizzled over gelato.
