Acai TOP Fruit Paste NSA Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with an açaí taste and no added sugar, with a fruity, intense and delicately tangy profile.
Açaí with no added sugar gives an intense, tangy taste for those cutting down on sugar; vegan, ideal for bowls with fruit and granola.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: no added sugar, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 900 g per kg of mix.
