Nature Fruit Martini Gelato is a natural powder base with only natural ingredients, perfect for artisan fruit sorbets.

Free from emulsifiers, fats, milk and dairy, it is used with fresh or frozen fruit for authentic-tasting sorbets.

Ideal for: natural sorbets and vegan menus.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: blend base and sugar, add to the water with fruit or paste, blend and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 330 g of non-warm water + 400 g of fruit + 170 g of sugar + 100 g of base.

Processing: cold.
