Chocolate Extra Black Rubicone is a soft serve base for artisan gelato: a complete powder mix for extra-dark chocolate soft serve with vegetable charcoal, vegan, made with water only.
Vegetable charcoal gives an extra-dark chocolate: vegan, 4 litres of water makes about 60 cones of 100 g.
Ideal for: soft-serve cones and cups, with toppings and crumbles.
Features: complete product, for soft-serve machines, yields about 60 cones of 100 g, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: mix with water and pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 1.9 kg with 4 L of water.
