Mascarpone Ready & Soft Rubicone is a gelato & soft serve base: complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a fine mascarpone taste, made with milk.

Mascarpone gives a rich, creamy gelato, the base for tiramisu: it is made with milk and works in the tray and the soft serve machine.

Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.

Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.

Dosage: gelato 1.2 kg with 3 L of milk; soft serve 1.2 kg with 3.5 L of milk.
