Lea Pan Softeis Fiordilatte Leagel is a soft serve base for artisan fior di latte soft-serve: perfectly stabilised, adding only milk gives a creamy, full-flavoured soft-serve.

It is a neutral base for any topping or crunchy sprinkle.

Ideal for: soft-serve cones, sundaes with toppings.

Features: coconut vegetable fat, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk and pour into the soft-serve machine.

Dosage: 350 g of product per 1 L of milk.

Processing: cold.
