Fiordilatte Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing fior di latte gelato and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Fior di latte is the backbone of every display case and the flavour to ripple with pastes, creams and fruit: in the Fast version it is always ready, even on peak days.

Ideal for: fior di latte gelato, milk cold cream, base for ripples and affogato.

Features: Fast line, for batch freezer and slush machine.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water, rest for 15 minutes and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1 kg of product + 2 L of water.
