The blueberry pieces give a fruity variegate: Rubicone pairs it with Muffin Paste for the blueberry muffin flavour, and it is great on yogurt and cheesecake.
Ideal for: rippling yogurt, cheesecake and muffin, sundaes and semifreddi.

Directions: spread in ripples over freshly churned gelato or use to decorate sundaes and semifreddi.
