Honey Rubicone is a soft serve base for artisan gelato: complete powder mix for professional soft serve with a honey taste, made with water only.

Honey gives soft serve a sweet, natural taste with a floral note; it pairs with nut toppings, walnuts and a drizzle of honey on top.

Ideal for: soft-serve cones and cups, with toppings and crumbles.

Features: complete product, for soft-serve machines, yields about 50 cones of 100 g, gluten-free, Halal certified.

Directions: mix with water and pour into the soft-serve machine.

Dosage: gelato 1.5 kg with 3 L of water; soft serve 1.5 kg with 3.5 L of water.
