DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Chocolate Soft Leagel is a fully stabilised powder soft serve base for artisan gelato, rich in milk and protein, for chocolate soft serve: just add water.
With 400 g of product and one litre of water the mix is ready for the soft serve machine: serve chocolate soft serve on its own or as a twist with white soft serve, in cones and cups.
Ideal for: chocolate soft-serve cones and sundaes.
Features: coconut vegetable fat, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water and pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: 400 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: cold.
