Soft Yellow Vanilla NSA Rubicone is a no-added-sugar soft serve gelato base: complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a yellow vanilla taste, made with water only.
No-added-sugar yellow vanilla is the base for a classic soft serve suited to those limiting sugar, in the tray or soft serve machine.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, no added sugar, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.5 kg with 3 L of water; soft serve 1.5 kg with 3.5 L of water.
