Taro, the purple root much loved in Asia, gives soft serve a lilac colour and a delicate taste close to vanilla and chestnut.

Ideal for: soft-serve cones and cups, with toppings and crumbles.

Features: complete product, for soft-serve machines, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water and pour into the soft-serve machine.

Dosage: 1.5 kg with 3.5 L of water.
