Yellow peach gives a sweet, fragrant sorbet with a warm colour, typical of the Italian summer; it is made with water only and also suits vegan customers.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.

Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.25 kg with 2.5 L of water; soft serve 1.25 kg with 3 L of water.
