Stracciatella Mango Topping Sauce Rubicone is a crunchy mango-flavoured coating for gelato, poured over trays, which sets on contact and creates a stracciatella.

Poured over cold gelato it sets into a yellow mango stracciatella, perfect on fruit and coconut gelato. Poured over gelato as desired, it also decorates sundaes.

Ideal for: gelato sundaes, soft serve, plated desserts and drinks, in gelato shops, bars and restaurants.
