Stracciatella Coffee Topping Sauce Rubicone is a crunchy coffee-flavoured coating for gelato, poured over trays, which sets on contact and creates a stracciatella.

On contact with cold gelato it sets and creates a coffee stracciatella: its fluid texture lets you pour it straight onto trays and sundaes.

Ideal for: gelato sundaes, soft serve, plated desserts and drinks, in gelato shops, bars and restaurants.

Directions: pour over gelato as desired.
