Starter Kit Black Hawaii Rubicone is a complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a Black Hawaii taste, lactose-free.
Black Hawaii is Rubicone's black gelato, striking in the display case: the starter kit contains 1.45 kg of product with a flavour tag and flyer, and 2.5 litres of water make a 4 kg tray.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, lactose-free, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with hot water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.45 kg with 2.5 L of hot water; soft serve 1.45 kg with 3 L of hot water.
