Soft even in the display case, it spreads in layers between the gelato and cuts easily: white chocolate pairs with berries, pistachio and coffee.
Ideal for: red berry, pistachio and coffee cremino.
Features: velvety at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
