Mixed Berry Gelato Variegate Toschi is a sauce for variegating artisan gelato and decorating sundaes and desserts, thick yet flowing, with fruit pulp and whole fruit, red-purple in colour with a mixed berry taste.
The berry mix combines sweetness and acidity: on yogurt gelato it creates one of the best-selling summer flavours, and it is also used for sundaes with cream, tarts and fruit semifreddi.
Ideal for: rippling yogurt and fior di latte, sundaes, tarts and semifreddi.
Recommended pairings: yogurt gelato, fior di latte, cheesecake and tarts.
