Loveria Dark Chocolate Leagel is a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, a spreadable VeganOk-certified dark chocolate cream.
Velvety even below zero, it is layered with gelato and served without hardening: the VeganOk-certified dark chocolate allows cremini for vegan customers too.
Ideal for: dark chocolate, mint and orange cremino.
Features: velvety at sub-zero temperatures, vegan, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
