Ready Tiramisu Cuba NSA Rubicone is a no-added-sugar gelato base coffee cocoa rum: complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a chocolate, coffee and rum taste, made with water only, alcohol-free.
The no-added-sugar version of Tiramisù Cuba combines chocolate, coffee and alcohol-free rum, for the tray and soft serve machine.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, no added sugar, gluten-free, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.65 kg with 2.5 L of water; soft serve 1.65 kg with 3 L of water.
