Yogurt Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing yogurt gelato and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only whole milk and processing cold.

With whole milk the yogurt gelato turns out creamy and fresh, suitable both for the tray and for frozen yogurt from the soft serve machine, finished with fresh fruit, crumbles and toppings.

Ideal for: yogurt gelato, soft frozen yogurt and yogurt cold creams.

Features: Fast line, for batch freezer, slush machine and soft serve machine.

Directions: whisk the powder into the milk, rest for 15 minutes and batch-freeze or pour into the machine.

Dosage: 650 g of product + 2.5 L of whole milk.

Processing: cold.
