DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Frozen Yogurt Leagel is perfectly stabilised for the soft-serve machine: adding only milk gives a creamy frozen yogurt. Add 200 g of yogurt per litre for a stronger taste.
With the added yogurt the taste becomes fresher and more natural. Fat-free and gluten-free.
Ideal for: frozen yogurt with toppings, fresh fruit and crumbs.

Directions: mix with milk and pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 270 g of product per 1 L of milk.
Processing: cold.
