Coffee Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing coffee gelato and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Cold coffee cream is a summer bar must: served in a cup with whipped cream or batch-frozen as coffee gelato.

Ideal for: slush-machine cold coffee cream, coffee gelato and affogato.

Features: Fast line, for batch freezer and slush machine.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water, rest for 15 minutes and pour into the slush machine or batch-freeze.

Dosage: 650 g of product + 2.1 L of water.
