DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
How to give a unique flavor to your ice cream: add Leagel cream pastes to the white base before freezing. Use them with your personal dosage, according to the consistency and intensity of taste you want to donate to your artisan gelato. Leagel pastes are produced with high quality raw materials.
Grandma's Cream is an exquisite paste with 20% of egg yolk, suitable for the classic cream taste. It does not contain alcohol and has a light taste of vanilla. We advise to ripple the ice cream with citrus fruits.
Recommended dosage: 80 gr. X Lt. of mixture.
