Neutral glaze for fruit preparations. A specific product that slows down the oxidation of fruit while maintaining the natural brightness.
dosage: for 1 Kg of fruit you need about 70g of fruttalux (dilute with water to facilitate uniform distribution). For fruit skewers the product can be brushed or sprayed directly onto the fruit. For fruit cakes after placing the fresh fruit on the cake brush it with 80g of Fruttalux and then proceed normally with the jelly cover.
