DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
In this gelato base fructose and glucose replace the sucrose to confer sweetener power. The ice cream obtained will have durable structure. Powder preparation for the production of "light" fruit ice cream.
Frulight is indicated for ice cream makers who use fresh or frozen fruit. In fact, with the only addition of water and frulight you get an excellent fruit ice cream, stable in the pan and trowelled over time.
