Elenka flagship product, appreciated throughout the worldfor the taste uniqueness. Just a low dosage to give the ice cream a marked Aromatichee Alchermes. Also declined in a variegated version, surprising for its versatility in combination with different tastes.
Dosage: gelato base mixture gr. 1000, English gr. Soup extract. 30.
To enrich the taste, it is advisable to soak the sponge cake with the diluted Alkermes and to stratify it on the ice cream during the extraction phase from the batch-freezer.
