Citrus Line is designed to raise gelato maker expectations in citrus ice cream making. A more easy and less critical preparation that preserve all the complex aromatic notes of the raw material originating in Italy.
The fruit of the Primofiore lemon is cultivated in the province of Syracuse, ripe from October to March and is squeezed during the winter season. This lemon is considered among the best lemons in the world for the high quality of its essential oils. The product consists of 2 components that will go together during the preparation: A, which encloses the aromatic part and B, the part of the juice and the acidity of the fruit.
Dosage: 40 gr. of comp.A + 40 gr. of comp. B each Lt. of neutral fruit mixture.
