DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Fluffy, golden and simply iconic… Waffles and Pancakes are the perfect way to attract your customers! Easy to prepare using Pancake & Waffle Mix, ready-to-use product in powder for a flawless final result.
DOSAGE: 1 kg of powder mix + 800 g of water + 200 g of butter.
PREPARATION: mix 1 kg of powder mix with 800 g of water. Mix and add 200 g of melted butter. Stir again.
- WAFFLE: cook the mix you prepared at 200-230 °C for 3-5 minutes, suggested portion 180- 200 g.
- PANCAKE: cook the mix you prepared at 200 °C, 3 minutes per side, suggested portion 80-100 g. the method may differ depending on the hob used.
