BASE EASY RICOTTA
A complete ricotta gelato base, to be mixed with fresh milk.
A line of powder cream bases each one with its own flavor. The ice cream maker can propose the most traditional flavors of Italiang tradition by using a single product. A new way to make ice cream, practical and fast, that cancels the risk of error in the balancing of the different raw materials and that guarantees a quality of product high and always constant. Also ideal for soft ice cream.
Dosage: 400 gr. of product + 1 Lt. of milk.
Process: Mix the base with milk, stand for a few minutes and stir.
