Recipe: 500 g product + 1 Lt. of water. Add a Leagel Linea Gold paste to create your favorite soy flavor VeganOk. To give an exceptional texture to the Vegan gelato Add 30 gr. of Leagel Olive oil improver for each kg. of mix.
Process: Hot (50 °).
